At CCS, you will join a diverse team of smart, passionate, and resourceful professionals who are driven by purpose and committed to performance. As the Recruitment Specialist, you will work closely with the Assistant Vice President of Talent Acquisition in managing candidate pipelines across the firm. Specifically, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing all correspondence with candidates
  • Conducting first-round interviews (including phone screens and some in-person interviews)
  • Ensuring all recruitment activities are accurately tracked in the ATS (iCIMS)
  • Identify, source, and proactively attract highly capable talent through LinkedIn partnership
  • Support in management of University relationships and on-campus recruiting efforts
  • Perform administrative tasks related to recruitment




  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ years’ work experience in ‘in-house’ recruitment administration (preferably in a client-service industry)
  • Extremely detail-oriented and organized with proven system to manage tasks
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • Able to work autonomously and take direction as needed
  • Passionate about process management and improving existing systems
  • Strong work ethic and enthusiasm
  • Philanthropic values and a commitment to service
